Yes! We are a pet-friendly townhome community in North Charleston designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.
Highland Townhomes offers spacious 3 & 4-bedroom townhomes for rent in North Charleston, SC. Each home features a washer and dryer for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include large closets, ceiling fans and stainless steel appliances.
Tours & Applications
Tours are available in person, virtually, and through self-guided options.
To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.
You will need to provide identification to verify your identity, along with proof of income showing that you make at least 3x the monthly rent.
Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.
No. Short-term rentals are not offered.
Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.
Additional Fees and Payments
No. Utilities are not included in the rental price.
Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.
Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days after move-out.
Parking
Each townhome includes an attached garage at no additional cost.
Yes. Guest parking is available in certain locations throughout the property.
No. EV charging stations are not available.
Pets

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please contact your local non-emergency line to report a noise complaint. Afterward, kindly email the leasing office to let us know you’ve made a report so our team can document it accordingly.

Location
The closest airport to Highland Townhomes is Charleston International Airport (CHS), located approximately 10–15 minutes away.
Residents of Highland Townhomes enjoy convenient access to a variety of shopping, dining, and outdoor attractions throughout North Charleston as well as being near Park Circle. Nearby destinations include Tanger Outlets Charleston and Northwoods Mall for retail shopping, along with numerous restaurants and dining options throughout the area. Outdoor recreation can be found at Wannamaker County Park, which offers walking trails, biking paths, and green space, as well as nearby parks and recreational areas. Residents are also a short drive from downtown Charleston and the area beaches, providing even more options for dining, entertainment, and coastal activities. Current Leases & Residency
Lease renewals can be completed by selecting the renewal offer in the resident portal. The lease will then be generated and uploaded for electronic signature.
A 60-day notice is required before moving out.
A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.
No. Subleasing is not allowed.
A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.
